How it all began ...

Eclectic Eclairs were born in the summer of lockdown 2020. After the good fortune to visit Eastern Europe in the previous summer we experienced some of the most beautiful French inspired patisserie. A combination of events led to the eventual birth of our beautiful eclair babies. They continue to delight and surprise us and hopefully you too!

You will find we are so much more than just chocolate eclairs! We love to create new eclairs and offer novelty and personalised toppings that will delight the whole family. Our eclairs are a fantastic way to say Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Thank you, to celebrate Mother's day and Easter! They bring delight to friends and neighbours and offer so much more than just a cake.
